Located in a comfortable, state-of-the-art office in Greenbrae CA, Julie Anne Winfield, M.D. provides a full range of cosmetic dermatological services to help you look and feel your best. Dr. Winfield and her staff work individually with each patient to design personalized skin care treatments.
Knowing the emotional impact skin conditions can have, Dr. Winfield takes time to listen to her patients. "When you're bothered about your appearance or you're worried about your child", she says, "you need care and attention." Dr. Winfield treats entire families, offering complete dermatological services, including specialized treatments for acne , full body exams, treatment for rashes, hair loss, eczema, and a full range of cosmetic procedures.
Dr Winfield’s compassion extends to the community, where, in addition to participating in many charity events, she educates school children about sun safety and served for many years as the Medical Director of Camp Discovery, a summer camp for children with very serious skin disorders, many fatal. Dr. Winfield also served as Chairperson of the Camp Discovery committee. This position held many responsibilities, but a major one was securing enough funding to be able to offer this life changing opportunity to every child who wished to come.
Julie Anne Winfield, M.D.
Dr. Julie Anne Winfield is a board certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon.
She graduated with highest honors from SDSU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. While working in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Winfield continued her education in the pre-medicine program at USD. She went on to received her medical degree with honors from the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Winfield completed her residency training at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Dermatology. She completed her Pediatric Dermatology fellowship having the good fortune to train with the top leaders in pediatric dermatology at Stanford, UCSF, as well as the Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee.
Dr. Winfield enjoys treating entire families. She offers a wide variety of treatments, procedures, and products. She has extensive experience and is highly regarded for her skill and expertise performing cosmetic procedures including treatment with fillers, ie JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® family of fillers, Botox and other neuromodulators, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, as well as treatments with a variety of lasers, radiofrequency and microneedling devices.
Her practice philosophy is simple-give every patient your all, listen intently to their needs, be compassionate, and always treat each person with respect and kindness and do everything possible to help them.
Ashley Elizabeth Bowen
Master Makeup Artist & Licensed Esthetician
Ashley is a master makeup artist and licensed esthetician. She is excited to be back in Marin after living in Los Angeles for the past 11 years.
Her expertise includes makeup, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and microblading.
Committed to having a strong foundation from which to build a business, Ashley completed her BS degree from Chapman University with honors in Business and Marketing in 2009. Subsequently, she obtained her Multimedia Make-Up Artistry Certificate from the highly respected MUD in 2015. In 2016, she attended SFIEC to get her Esthetician License and Microblading training in 2017.
